We’ll chart the course with your vision and will guide you every step of the way. Everything delivered to you on a silver platter — from vendor bookings and budget management to site visits and floor plans, to event design and styling, transportation and travel logistics — hell — even loading the luggage into your getaway car at the end of the night. Ready to begin? You have good taste. Get in touch through our inquiry form to give us an idea of what we’re working with. Expect a note from us within 48 hours ready (and excited!!) to schedule a complimentary consultation call accompanied by our investment guide.

On this call, spill all of the details (pretty please). We want to know what you love most about each other, what you’re most excited about, and even your event pet peeves. Give us the full picture so we can customize a proposal to your tastes. You’ll find that proposal in your inbox just after our call.

Your date is set in stone with a few autographs and a retainer fee. Then look forward to some hors d’oeuvres — ahem — welcome materials (okay and maybe a treat or two). Once our process begins, share your vision and we’ll refine it down to the texture and font on your name cards. Then you two can take it in.
Say no more. Sure, our specialty is North Carolina and the East Coast, but we love a destination affair. Send us a note about the destination you have in mind and we’ll hand over our travel fee information.
For most Saturdays, our calendar begins to fill up 12-16 months in advance. We prefer to have plenty of space for an unhurried, subtly luxurious experience all around, so reach out early to ensure our team is available for your date.

All payments are broken down into either (3) or (4) payments, depending on your selected package.
Full Planning is our all-inclusive experience, where we collaborate with you on every aspect—from vision and design to vendor selection, logistics, and execution. Event Management is for couples who have planned most details themselves but want an expert to step in, refine logistics, and run the day flawlessly.
We are deeply committed to ensuring that every couple receives the time, care, and attention their wedding deserves. While we thoughtfully limit our bookings, our incredibly talented team of planners and coordinators allows us to take on multiple events without compromising the level of service, detail, and personalization we’re known for. Each wedding is approached with the same meticulous planning, creative vision, and seamless execution—so no matter who on our team is leading your day, you can trust that it will be handled with the utmost care and expertise.
