We’ll chart the course with your vision and will guide you every step of the way. Everything delivered to you on a silver platter — from vendor bookings and budget management to site visits and floor plans, to event design and styling, transportation and travel logistics — hell — even loading the luggage into your getaway car at the end of the night. We’ve got it from here.
At Hannah B Events, we believe in full trust and transparency from the start. And sometimes, it’s okay to not know where to start. With the Full Planning package, we walk through the entire planning process with you, setting up meetings with the vendor team best fit with your overall goals and ideal vision, all while managing your budget and tracking the details in the background.
To ensure we can make ourselves available whenever you need us, the cost of Full Planning is based on a percentage of your overall budget, as opposed to a flat-fee. This accounts for all instances, a change in project plans, an increase in project scope, a change of location, etc. There are no additional fees, as we are compensated based on a percentage of the total budget.
We estimate this by setting a minimum, based on your estimated budget, split into a four-payment-plan. If the initial budget is exceeded, a final invoice will be sent to remit any amount of the percentage over the minimum.

You’ve got a handle on the plan and the design, but want to hand it over to a team who can take care of the final details thoughtfully, and with expertise. Book your vendors on your own, and then let us prepare the timeline and floor plan while managing the last logistics with your vendors.
Our Event Management Process is uniquely tailored to ensure you still feel in control of all aspects of your day without feeling overwhelmed. If you come with the vision, we can provide you with the direction during our Kickoff Meeting. As you book your vendors on your own, we are just a quick email away for the occasional contract review or question.

On this call, spill all of the details (pretty please). We want to know what you love most about each other, what you’re most excited about, and even your event pet peeves. Give us the full picture so we can customize a proposal to your tastes. You’ll find that proposal in your inbox just after our call.

Your date is set in stone with a few autographs and a retainer fee. Then look forward to some hors d’oeuvres — ahem — welcome materials (okay and maybe a treat or two). Once our process begins, share your vision and we’ll refine it down to the texture and font on your name cards. Then you two can take it in.
